Octorara Area School District – Atglen, PA
Designed,
developed and established an Information Technology Department to serve an
educational population of 450 employees and 2600 students with efficient
management of technology for the school district to include IT,
Security/Surveillance systems, Voice over IP (VOIP), telephone service, cell
phones, audio/video and technology integration training.
ü Oversee
infrastructure use of Gigabit Ethernet cabling, single and multimode fiber as
necessary.

Acquire
and justify technology department operating budget of $500,000.00 and various
projects budgets as needed.

Composed
school districts 5 year technology plan and contributed to the “Acceptable Use”
policy for staff, students, disaster recovery plan, and IT procedure manual.

3 full time, 1 part time technician and technology support staff members to
